We have experience in the assessment of the existing condition of property and also the necessary skills to advise on the appropriate adaptation and upgrade to meet both changing demands on the property and compliance with new legislation. 

Initial budget costs and on-going cost control is ensured by using LHL Group’s in-house Quantity Surveyor.
