Detailed condition survey appraisals are currently being undertaken to feed into a range of software systems to assist with on-going maintenance programming on a proactive basis.

LHL Group are able to assist with the client requirements at both strategic planning level, the collection of detailed Condition Survey information and also specific project implementation. These works have typically ranged from re-fenestration of premises, re-roofing, and renewal of drainage systems and co-ordination of large scale redecoration projects.
