Planning Approval has been granted by East Riding of Yorkshire Council for a new detached dwelling.
The Scheme involves demolition of the existing semi-detached property, which has been left derelict for a number of years to replace with a new detached dwelling.
Designed and submitted by LHL Group on behalf of the client, the Scheme will include an open plan kitchen living room with french doors accessing the rear garden, a double integral garage and 3 bedrooms to the first floor.
