As we enter Autumn and winter 2019, we are able to look back at a busy year for the residential surveying team at LHL. The range of surveys have been extensive, ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to substantial country houses. We seem to have built a good reputation for providing high quality, informative reports, particularly on older and listed buildings. It should not be overlooked however, that we are equally at home carrying out RICS home buyer surveys on standard houses and bungalows.
We have found that the estate agency world has seen an influx of newer, web based agencies, resulting in fewer instructions for the more traditional estate agents.
Our residential surveying team has been strengthened by the addition of Richard Jobling, who joined us from an estate agency / valuation background in East Yorkshire.
We are pleased to see that we continue to receive some very good reviews on google and we also feature on the ‘best 3 rated’ website.
