Shaun Bennett, who joined Lightly & Lightly direct from York College in 1997 has, 20 years later, been promoted onto the Board of LHL Group, Building and Property Consultants.
Shaun, who heads up the Architectural Team, started his working career as an architectural technician and left the business in 2003 to pursue his career in the region working for a variety of other companies. Shaun acknowledges that over the 10 years this gave him the chance to broaden his knowledge and also gain valuable commercial awareness and business sense in the property market.
Since re-joining LHL in 2013 he has been instrumental in developing the Architectural and Design work within the business and with recent successes in both regional and national RICS awards is looking forward to help further grow the practice and reputation.
