Consultant
Chris became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1994. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the property and construction sectors and now leads the Professional Consultancy team at LHL Group. He is responsible for a wide range of property-management issues, from pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence inspections and building condition surveys to landlord and tenant negotiations and construction monitoring for institutional funds.
