Senior Building Surveyor

Joe has provided a wide range of Building Surveying services since gaining Chartered status with the RICS in 2002. Predominantly working in the commercial sector, he has also provided services to residential clients, whilst working for York based private practices and during a period running his own business.

In the recent past Joe has provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for projects between £1 to £8 million in value. Other services sectors that Joe regularly advises on include Pre-Acquisition Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall, Schedules of Condition, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Contract Administration and Project Monitoring.
