Associate Director
Stephen joined LHL Group in 2006 and has over 12 years’ experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor. Stephen works predominantly in the professional consultancy team, undertaking dilapidations work and acting as a party wall surveyor. Stephen undertakes a wide range of commercial building surveys for local and national clients, as well as residential surveys and diagnostic reports. He is also experienced in managing small scale projects, having overseen numerous refurbishment and alteration schemes for residential, commercial and education clients.
