Stock Condition Survey

A Stock Condition Survey is a visual internal and external inspection of multiple properties owned by a business or organisation undertaken by our team of Chartered Building Surveyors to determine their current condition.

Once a surveyor has inspected the properties they will provide a comprehensive report which will include their findings, a review of the current living conditions, prioritised maintenance works required and estimated costs.
