Work has started on site for the refurbishment and redevelopment of 61 – 63 Humber Street (also known as Fruit). The building is a prominent local landmark and when complete will function as a music venue, arts space and offices.
The project involves a full internal and external refurbishment with a large extension to the rear. LHL are appointed as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor amongst a multi-disciplinary team. Completion is due mid-2019.
The works is being carried out by S Voase Builders Ltd of Hull on behalf of The Fruit Market LLP.
