Clementhorpe Maltings won the prestigious 2017 RICS Design Award for best Residential Property scheme in the UK. £204 Raised On Big Pink Day

LHL staff held a Big Pink Day to raise money for Breast Cancer Care during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Staff and visitors donated money in return for food and games and staff dressed in pink. A total of £204 was raised for the charity.

Clementhorpe Maltings Wins Another Award

The Grade II Listed, 19th century malthouse has won Best Creative Re-use of an Industrial Building 2017 from the Association for Industrial Archaeology (AIA). This is another top award to add to the list for this project for Northminster.

Charity Touch Rugby Event

LHL were pleased to enter a team into the Lupton Fawcett touch rugby event at York Rugby Club in aid of Yorkshire Air Ambulance. Fun was had by all. LHL reached the semifinals and a tactical loss allowed an early trip to the bar for refreshments!
