The plot consisted of an old small stable block which was demolished to enable a new dwelling to be erected
Our architectural designer tailored a bespoke layout with open plan living, featuring a central balcony/ gallery with floor to ceiling windows, meeting both present and future needs of the clients.
The brief was to create a new modest sized dwelling with the design focused on sympathy to the village and the conservation area setting. The design allows for open plan living with the orientation carefully considered to provide adequate privacy from the road while maximising views across the open fields.
