Fruit Market Car Park, Hull
LHL Group were instructed as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the development of the Fruit Market multi-storey car park on Blackfriargate in Hull.
The car park is constructed on a restricted brownfield site close to the River Hull and is the latest phase of the Fruit Market redevelopment.
The project was constructed alongside the new Arco head office on the adjacent site and the ongoing A63 improvement works.
The project was completed in March 2021, and consists of 352 car park spaces with electric vehicle charging an is over six split-level decks.
The building achieved Park Mark Safer Parking accreditation.
