Fruit Market, Hull

LHL Group have undertaken three appointments to date as part of the Fruit Market redevelopment in Hull.

We acted as Designer and Contract Administrator for the refurbishment of 59 Humber Street and 69 & 70 Humber Street to a shell specification ready for new tenants.

The buildings had been neglected for a number of years with 59 Humber Street being the most involved refurbishment completed on the Fruit Market to date.

LHL are currently involved with the redevelopment of 61 – 63 Humber Street (also known as Fruit) to create a new music venue, arts space and offices. The works are on site with completion due mid-2019, LHL are Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor working amongst a multi-disciplinary team.
