King’s Guinea was designed by LHL’s architectural team and we also acted as Employers Agent for the project.
The luxury home was built in neo-classical style in the grounds of the former Knavesmire Manor Hotel on Tadcaster Road. The Helmsley Group purchased the old hotel – itself set to be turned into a grand family house – and then achieved planning permission for the new house.
The 6 bedroom house is approached along a private drive and stands within landscaped and largely walled gardens, it also benefits from plentiful parking and a generous double garage.
The property sold for £1.7million.
