Works have recently started on a new Maths & Modern Foreign Languages building for St Peter’s School in York. The initial demolition works are well advanced with works on the foundations due to commence in early September. The project has also involved the provision of temporary classroom accommodation for students whilst the new building is being constructed through a combination of installation of modular buildings and refurbishment and adaptation of other existing buildings on the school site.
The works are anticipated to be complete in the Summer of 2018.
LHL are providing Project Management, Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying Services supported by Harmerfitz (Architect), Truby Stevenson (Structural Engineers) and Triangle (M&E Engineers).
