Work Begins on Phase Four of Ash Way Development

Construction of Phase Four of the Ash Way Redevelopment at Thorp Arch Estate is now underway. A total of nine industrial units each complete with concrete yards, parking and PV panels will be constructed.

The £8 million pound project will form the latest phase of works undertaken at Thorp Arch Estate and will create over 130 new jobs within the Estate.

The 93,527sq ft development will comprise of a range of units ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 31,527 sq ft. The project will continue the same estate design language of steel portal frame construction with integrated offices, beverage and welfare facilities, and open plan storage internally and externally.

The development  started on site in April 2022 and is due to be complete in Q4 2022.

LHL Group, who designed the scheme to tender stage, are also acting as Project Managers, Employers Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer.
