Work has started to convert 59 Humber Street, Hull to a restaurant premises. The building is one of the oldest remaining structures in the Fruit Market, an area which is undergoing a transformation to provide mixed commercial and residential premises.
The works include full internal and external refurbishment in a conservation area to include a new steel frame, roof, first floor, rear extension and external windows and doors. LHL are Designer, Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyors on the project for the developer.
