LHL Group’s residential surveying department have started 2018 with a busy order book, having carried out over 30 building surveys and homebuyer surveys within the 22 working days available. We have noticed that estate agents of all types (Premium to Budget Online) are starting to pick up with their instructions, and it looks like 2018 will be a good year.

Despite some negative press around Brexit and the recent political turbulence, North Yorkshire does seem to be bucking the trend with it becoming apparent that the lure of cities such as York, Leeds and Harrogate is very attractive to those moving North from the Southern counties.
